Work does not commence on your radio until we have received a payment equal to 60% of the estimated repair cost. Return shipping does not occur until all charges (including estimated shipping) have been paid.

 Once you have indicated that you wish to proceed with the repairs after receiving the estimate, we will email you an invoice from PayPal for payment. At that time you will be asked to pay 60% of the estimated cost. (Estimates under $40.00 must be paid in full or 100%) We also accept personal checks. Personal checks require 10 calendar days to clear. Checks for the repair work can be mailed and made payable to:

Once we have notified you that the radio is restored/repaired and the amount of any balance due (including return shipping) the radio will not be shipped until we have received cleared funds for the balance.
